Members of the Colorado River Corvette Club renewed a longstanding tradition Monday — Earth Day — by planting trees at Rotary Park in Bullhead City. A line of trees was planted by the soccer fields. Two bills have been proposed to the legislature that would impact recipients of SNAP benefits. SNAP stands for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and is used by low-income individuals and families to supplement their grocery budget so they can afford the proper nutrition they need.
