The Town of Taylortown is preparing for its first official budget season coming up in May by jumping some of the long term hurdles the town has faced.
With golf’s preeminent national championship drawing near, staff once again briefed the Village Council on Tuesday evening as Pinehurst continues to hammer out the details for Open week.
The opportunity to install a full-sized outdoor basketball court has dribbled into the local Boys and Girls Club line of sight. It asked Southern Pines to partner on the installation by offering a space at one of its parks.
