Bernard Polite, 26, of Braddock, Pennsylvania, was charged after he entered the church Sunday and attempted to shoot pastor Glenn Germany as he delivered his weekly address at Jesus' Dwelling Place Church. The attempted shooting took place at just after 1pm Sunday and was captured on video and posted online for all to see the horrifying moment. The video shows the moment Germany finds himself staring down the barrel of a gun that is fired at him by a disheveled-looking man.

Netflix aired its live roast of NFL legend Tom Brady on Sunday, with a few surprises in store for fans, including an unscheduled appearance by Ben Affleck. The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady, which was part of the Netflix Is a Joke Fest, was streamed live, which Netflix touted as the first-ever roast to be telecast live, unedited. The festivities were held at L.A.'s Kia Forum in Inglewood. The 51-year-old Boston native is coming off his Dunkin Donuts Super Bowl commercial which featured Brady.

Pro-Palestinian demonstrators massed near the grounds of the Auschwitz-Birkenau death camp today, rolling out flags and hoisting balloons as groups gathered for the 'March of the Living' in remembrance of the victims. Shocking scenes showed protestors displaying flags at groups wearing Israeli flags along the sidelines of the event, which brings together thousands annually to observe Holocaust Remembrance Day in silence. Survivors of Hamas' October 7 incursion into southern Israel were also in attendance as participants marched the two-mile (three kilometre) walk from Auschwitz to Birkenau, where approximately one million Jews were systematically killed by Nazi Germany during the Second World War.

The mansion boasts five bedrooms and four bedrooms spread out across more than 5,000 square feet. Midlothian High School students in Virginia were astonished after they were denied entry to their own prom. School officials apologized but defended the decision that left some students out of the annual celebration that marks the end of the school year. The decision left parents in the district turning to social media to vent their frustration over their kids being barred from the prom. Student Holden White (left) was among those barred entry from the prom after failing to get his hands on a ticket. 'There is so much chaos surrounding this subject that the school has just stopped responding about it. I’m so sad for them,' a mother wrote. 'Absolute failure to these seniors!' another parent added.

A boat tour was cruising down the Chobe River in Namibia on March 22 when it came across a pod of hippos bathing in the water.
